Pamela I am always so impressed with your work. Every time I come back to this blog and read up all the many entries I’ve missed since last opening it – the changes to your work are just so incredible. Your Arkaroola quilt is just wonderful, and I especially love the complexity of the quilt you made during Caroline Sharkey’s workshop – truly outstanding, that I can only be jealous! It’s so wonderful to see your talent go from strength to strength.

Kaite, you were asking?…..well .. This is ALL my own work. I started with a completely white piece of fabric. Paints, stitches by machine, yarns and snippets incorporated by the embellishing machine, and beading all made up this Poppy piece which makes me smile whenever my eyes catch sight of it.
Mmmmmmmm…..must make more because this technique was liberating and also produced a nice little art-quilt.

The embellisher machine certainly does lovely fun work and sure beats hand needle felting. You could have put hugs on too as well as kisses. oxoxox
