Driving home from the Orange Forum I had one completed bag, one under way, and a bag full of good times spent with creative souls.  Over 2o0 people attended the Forum;  the last day was open to the public so the numbers swelled.

Here’s a photo of my completed bag, and the other.    Well its back to work now to finish my second bag, and start on a commissioned quilt for a lady’s birthday in June.

Mulberry paper is good to use, did you dye it as well Pamela? It’s lovely and bright. K.

Five days of new activities in class does strain my memory bank – I definitely applied teal and blue encaustic wax heavily on the m/paper. I think I washed it also with brusho paint to pull it together. The textured paper I bought from Barbara Schey was painted with aqua Brusho.

Mum says that was definately something worthwhile to take home and be proud of, so there you go. So you used encaustic wax, i’m envious! K.
