The heat of an Ozzie summer is perfect for dyeing.  Especially when dyeing with Procion MX as batching responds to the hot temperature.

I find my wet-room, which is in the understory of our home, offers a  meditative retreat from the daily tasks.

This looks better in real life. I quite like it now it has been toned down with Teal dye.

Beautiful colours Pamela. I have been dyeing too, but being on the coast the humidity plays havoc with my reds!

  2. Love the patterned piece in the middle. Did you paint it?

Thanks for your comment Gurli. Yes, your guess is correct, I painted it using thickened dyes.
